According to Adam Schefter and the NFL Network, the 49ers are showing interest in trading for Green Bay Packers wide receiver Javon Walker.

Other teams that may be interested include the Denver Broncos and Philadelphia Eagles. Schefter states that any team that was interested in Bills receiver Eric Moulds, could also look to acquire Walker. That would include the Houston Texans, New England Patriots and others.

However, ESPNews reported today that the Green Bay Packers will not trade Walker. Walker has been looking to get out of Green Bay for the past two seasons and has repeatedly stated that he has no desire to return.

Walker has 4 years of NFL experience and has 157 catches with 2444 yards and 22 touchdowns during that career. His best year came in 2004 when he had 89 catches for 1382 yards and 12 touchdowns.
