This is not part of 49ers general manager John Lynch's job responsibilities: Formulating survey questions for fans. On Friday, Lynch, on KNBR, was asked about a survey question sent to fans that asked, "How important is winning to your stadium experience?" "Someone brought that to my attention and that's not something I want reflected in this organization," said Lynch, who won a Super Bowl in his 15-year playing career. "There's different aspects of an organization. I can promise you this: It didn't come from my desk." Added Lynch, whose 0-7 team will visit the Eagles on Sunday: "There's a lot of layers to this organization. I don't know where that came from.
