I have some of that too. Unless we want to be hooked on some form of medication for the rest of our lives, it's the only way to be. I sometimes feel use to not getting sleep and can actually function during the day but nowadays it's just plain tough. I don't know if you agree with me when I say, I don't crash anymore either. Now my "sleeping schedule"... is soo ef'd up that any kind of nap and any time of day is impossible.
