I doubt that Cass injury is a work, the way he landed was awkward and he was struggling to stay up, and it was clear that the ending was unexpected, Enzo's reaction also said it all because he was likely upset about him being hurt it almost broke kayfabe, it served no purpose for Enzo to win like that. Once that X goes up something's wrong, I hate to say it but it looks like an ACL related injury
