I think because they want to push real tag teams. I don't see the Rhodes bros being a tag team for long and they'll push Cody as a singles star. Los Matadores despite the gimmick are fun to watch in the ring when given time. Could be like a coming out party for them.

I'm hoping the 4 mystery people are some legend type guys and maybe RVD as one of them and Tyson Kidd would be awesome.
