My buddy and I chipped in and got it on PPV and watched it live. (----This was our reaction.

I remember that! Must have been amazing and shocking to be there live. That was the beginning of WCWs highest popularity ever. At the time, WWE was struggling and only had SCSA and DX that were worth watching.

I remember it like it was yesterday. Can't believe that it was 17 years ago. I was excited because I never liked HBK much back then and he was the top guy and champ so it gave me something else to watch while he was on.
Gentlemen, we have been picked on. We've been mocked for our love of grown men that are half naked wrestling each other in a ring that makes them sweaty...... Er...let's forget that part. Where was I? Ah yes. We aren't going to take this s**t anymore, brother!

Stand beside me if you are down with the NEW WORLD ORDER OF THE ZONE!

As of this past week, the plan to turn Roman Reigns babyface is scheduled to be fast-tracked. WWE officials are looking at him as being the new young golden boy of the promotion. On RAW this week they did nothing past put him in a position where his spear on Big Show was designed to make people pop.

Stephanie gives him the bedroom eyes. She wants teh tongan D.
I read AJ Styles was offered a deal by WWE, but it was 1/5 of what TNA is paying him. He might be the top paid guy in TNA, which wouldn't surprise me. He has been their the longest, plus he was first gran slam champion in company history. He has held every male Title. World, TV, Tag, and X-Division. I would pay real money to see a triple threat between Bryan, Punk, and AJ.

I kinda wish TNA was bought out from Dixie Carter. I hope Jarrett gets it back. He knows creative. I watched some TNA tonight. Aces and Eights thing is getting old. A few weeks back they threw Wes Brisco out, and then Bischoff and Knux were on their way out, wanted out, now they all of a sudden are still with Aces and Eights, and attack Mr. Anderson, who faces Bully Ray in 2 weeks on SpikeTV. They will be back at Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida.

The guys I would like to see get big pushes in the WWE if they ever buy out TNA, are.

James Storm
Bobby Roode
Daniels
Kazarian
Styles
Joe
Sabin

All those guys deserve the chance at a title, especially in TNA. All have held except Daniels and Kazarian.

I would push Kaz and Daniels as a main tag team.
AJ in WHC picture
Joe also
Roode/Storm I would put back as Beer Money.
Sabin would be perfect in a reformed Cruiserweight division.

Then have Sting vs Undertaker. But not at WM, have a few matches at random PPVs, cause we know Taker would win, if HHH, HBK, or no one else could beat Taker, I doubt Vince would let the only WCW guy who never worked for him beat Taker at WM.

I would of killed to see a HBK/Sting match. Two Icons in their times.

IMO, the future of wrestling in WWE is the following guys

CM Punk
Daniel Bryan
Bray Wyatt
Roman Reigns
Dean Ambrose

I am fine with Kane being corporate, I rather young guys get chances over him.

Some NXT guys I guess look good. The El Generico, He has a different name. And no longer wears a mask. Bo Dallas is Bray Wyatt's brother. Rotundo's.

Guys who I wish would never be in WWE ever again

Ryback - He sucks, he is generic, and boring as hell
Khali - He hardly knows more than 2 or 3 moves, Chop to chest, Body Slam, and Hand over Head butt.
Los Matedores - I hate this gimmick, I hate the PG thing. Everyone knows it's Primo and Epico. Both were boring then and are now.
Eva Marie - Smoking Hot body, sucks in ring. She is just there for Total Divas.

Wish they would let Tamina Snuka have the Diva's title. Instead of having her be AJ Lee's bodyguard.

Where is Kaitlyn? She changed her hair, I actually dig her a lot. Bella's Idk, dont really do it for me. Yeah they are probably easy for Cena and Bryan. I laughed that Brie does 2 hours before show with Bryan in ring working on wrestling moves. I guess she is very needy, according to Nikki on the new episode of Total Divas, which they showed on RAW as a preview.

And SS's, Show/Orton, I hope thats not the ME. Stupid one. 20 minute bore fest.

I guess The likely matches are, Punk/Bryan vs Harper/Rowan

And Rhodes Dynasty vs Shield vs Usos vs Real Americans for tag titles.

I thought Survivor series was suppose to have 4 on 4 matches with eliminations. Not tag matches, and 4 way tag matches.

I know this is long, but one more thing, triple threat or fatal four way matches, wish they would have eliminations, not first pinfall wins it. Love the old ECW with 3 way matches, with last standing is winner/champ.
AB - That was long, but good reading. Only one comment, would've loved seeing Sting vs HBK. I can even picture how it would end.

Sting would swing Michaels to the corner and attempt a Stinger Splash, while in the air, HBK turns sideways and lands Sweet Chin Music kick. He crawls over slowly and goes for the pin... 1...2...Sting's shoulder barely lifts off the mat. HBK starts stomping for a 2nd finisher kick, but Sting catches his leg, trips him backwards by grabbing the other leg and applies the Scorpion Death Lock. HBK fights it off for two long minutes, can't reach the ropes, and finally passes out from the pain. Winner = Sting (and HBK saves reputation by not submitting).

This was very VERY close to happening as they are both Christian buddies.

As for AB's post, he makes some good points. WHERE IS Kaitlyn?

I was watching TNA and man does Jeff Hardy still do the suicide stuff. It's sometimes painful to watch knowing that nobody really watches TNA.

Hardy jumped off the ladder onto a table but somewhat missed and went shoulder first into the cement. You can't fake that pain.
Wrestlezone reporting Vince's return is planned for January 2014. And not sooner. But could change with bad ratings.

Also the WWE officials are blaming Bryan for low buyrates over last 4 months. I call bs on that. He has faced Orton every time, and we see Big Show interfere, HBK screw Bryan, HHH screw Bryan. And s**t endings. And they all blame Bryan, when it's the WWEs fault for booking terrible endings. Punk should be in title picture, not the Big Slow. They want to push bigger guys, as usual, Vinny mac loves the big guys, so thats why Rowan/Harper, Kahlil, and Show are getting so much TV time.

Wish WWE would get a reality check, and realize that guys like Show are bad for ratings. Who wants a f**king Orton/Big Show main event?

And why do they not view Bryan as a money maker. The fans love Bryan. They love Punk, they hate Cena, and Cena automatically gets the WHC belt. While he is better than plain Del Rio, I just hate his ass. Boring as hell. He needs to be like the old cena. But they wont turn him heel, so that it wont hurt his image.

And they run the BeAStar ad, yet show Ryback bullying others, plus HHH bullying around Bryan with the Shield. They kinda contradict themselves.

Anyway, I may give up on WWE and TNA for now. It's the same s**t every week. RAW ends with beat down on Bryan or Big Show, or Shield vs Rhodes brothers. It seems HHH and Stephanie love the spotlight so much. Sick of it. What would be best for business is bring back Undertaker and have him take out the Corporation. He is due to beat down The Shield. And then fight Kane.

idk, I wish they would push younger guys more, instead of lame old Orton and Show. Yes Orton is lame. Can't stand the same promo every week.
- WWE officials have been focusing on WrestleMania XXX plans and reportedly have working plans for most of the top names including Triple H, John Cena, Ryback, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton and The Undertaker, among a few others. While several months ago they wanted to do Steve Austin vs. Triple H for control of WWE with Austin representing Vince McMahon, it looks like that match will not be happening.

Word is that WWE officials are looking at The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar, Ryback vs. Goldberg if that works out, Cody Rhodes vs. Dustin Rhodes and CM Punk vs. Randy Orton.

Regarding Orton vs. Punk, Punk at one point was going to win the Royal Rumble and challenge for the title shot but there was talk of having the winner be whoever challenges for the World Title instead. As noted, there has also been talk of doing a champion vs. champion match for the main event.

I had a black box so i watched it for free. I was telling my friend that HHH was the best heel in our lifetime.....until he reminded me of Hogan.
