Witnesses said the driver who started the accident exited his vehicle, then went back to grab a "large handful of cash."

i'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and say he fled the scene to go get help. Went back for his cash cuz he knew an ambulance and firetrucks were going to cost money.
