^ that Cain injury is BIG news. i blame it on the dude getting lazy in the "offseason". he gained a lot of weight. read somewhere that he was up to 280. when you're at that weight, then start training hard, of course you're bound to get hurt.

man no mention of UFC 179. UFC has taken a huge backseat due to the NFL season and all the injuries I guess. Aldo defended his belt with a huge decision win over Mendes. Didn't see any of the fights but read when push came to shove he didn't back down and went for Chad's jugular.

the fight was awesome. both guys were going at it with Mendes getting rocked a few times, and Aldo getting dropped twice. great fight.
i didnt watch any other ones, but i read that Phil Davis manhandled Texeira.

it was a good fight. at the end of round 1 aldo hit mendes with 2 solid punches after the bell. it was for sure late but i dont think dirty as he had kind of started to throw as the bell started to sound. mendes had aldo rocked with an upper cut but couldnt capitalize as aldo stunned him a few seconds later aswell. all in all a good featherweight fight. aldo's TDD is wow.

Kron Gracie son of Rickson Gracie, set to make his MMA debut Dec. 23rd, it's not UFC of course but I'm excited to see what happens. I'm guessing this young boy has some stand up, after all he is Rickson's son, I hope he makes it to the UFC or TUF the kid is a beast at Jiu-Jits.
