University of Hawaii on the verge of signing Phillip Rivers' brother Stephen Rivers 6'7" 230 pounds, transferring from LSU. Forget the #110 recruiting class ranking, we gonna get Stephen Rivers!!!

This could be big. Wasn't Brennen the last big arm transfer Hawaii turned into a college passing beast. I thought Wittek should be looking at Fresno State.
