I think that was already pretty much established since they had a payroll about about 220M even before this deal.

Actually it was 7 to 8.5 billion (depending on who you believe) and the Dodgers get to keep 6 Billion after giving up some to MLB

damn...the contract for starting pitching is outrageous. Imagine what Price will command in the open market...Kershaw's contract is more than all of our starting staff's contract combine...
