If I'm the Cards, I do the trade John mentioned. Makes them immediate favorites to make the WS.

Also, no reason to play Taveras in CF when you just traded for Bourjos.

That would be pretty damn good. You also have Garcia as a 6th starter/long reliever right? I think it would make the Cards the favorite over the Dodgers.

If he could stay healthy, I could see him taking the 5th spot over Kelly and using Kelly as the LR...BUT, I have basically lost faith in Garcia. If he is healthy, cool..its a bonus. But I'm pretty much used to him being hurt.
