Bye Salty

Will seem like deja vu.
Angels need 4 new SPs please
With the success of this past season's player acquisition winner, the Boston Red Sox, teams will be trying to replicate that formula: including the New York Yankees-who will attempt to unload AROD's contract so they can have the cash flow, including resigning Robinson Cano.
Vegas odds for the 2014 World Series champion:

Los Angeles Dodgers 5-1
Detroit Tigers 8-1
Washington Nationals 9-1
St. Louis Cardinals 10-1
Boston Red Sox 12-1
Cincinnati Reds 15-1
Los Angeles Angels 15-1
Oakland Athletics 15-1
New York Yankees 16-1
Texas Rangers 16-1
Atlanta Braves 17-1
San Francisco Giants 22-1
Pittsburgh Pirates 25-1
Baltimore Orioles 28-1
Cleveland Indians 28-1
Tampa Bay Rays 29-1
Kansas City Royals 35-1
Chicago White Sox 40-1
Philadelphia Phillies 40-1
Arizona Diamondbacks 45-1
Toronto Blue Jays 45-1
Chicago Cubs 60-1
Seattle Mariners 65-1
Colorado Rockies 70-1
San Diego Padres 70-1
Milwaukee Brewers 75-1
New York Mets 115-1
Miami Marlins 125-1
Minnesota Twins 125-1
Houston Astros 250-1

Trade route and dangling players like Mark Trumbo and Howie Kendrick.
11 suitors after Ellsbury.

And Scott Boars will be playing hardball so this may take awhile.
The Mets cut its losses on Johan Santana and bought him out.

Here's a low end risk for a team to pickup to see if he still has a little bit left in the tank after shoulder surgery.

Cards contacting the Cubs about Starlin Castro

Apparently,

McCann hasn't ruled out a return to the Braves yet. It's better that the Braves on with Gattis and Laird.

The Braves want to increase payroll by 10 million. If he wants to return, he may have to settle for like a 5 year deal worth 80 million.

He aint coming back, Braves will give him a qualifying offer and thats it.

Watch the Cubs say no as he is still considered as one of the important building blocks unless they have somebody better in the wings.

On the Hudson front, the pitcher feels he has two or three more seasons left in the tank. How much would they want to invest in him if that is the case?

The Braves want to spend but in what direction?
