Heat win this thing in 6.

2x Olympic Gold Medal
5x Eastern Conference Championship (Four Straight)
2x NBA Champion
2× NBA Finals MVP
4× NBA Most Valuable Player
10× NBA All-Star
8× All-NBA First Team
Cleveland Cavaliers all-time leading scorer

This is what LeBron had to work with this season and what he'll have next season.

Ray Allen - Free Agent - 38 years old and is probably going to Retire
Shane Battier - Free Agent - 36 years old and has made intentions to retire
Mario Chalmsers - Free Agent - 29 year old and is GARBAGE. Back up at best.
Toney Douglas - Free Agent - 28 year old. Awful. Isn't he a defensive specialist?
James Jones - Free Agent - 34 year old who had a good year or two. Frrrrrrrrrack outta here!!
Michael Beasley - Free Agent - Still young and I like him as a role player.
Rashard Lewis - Free Agent - 35 year old SF who received that insane $100million contract a while back. He's this year's Tracy McGrady.
Greg Oden - Free Agent - Former #1 pick who had so much potential... had. Sadly I think he's finished but hope he isn't.
Udanis Haslem - Player Option - 34 Year old undersized PF who's best days are 10 years back.
Chris Anderson - Player Option - 36 years olds and is going to be pressured to opt out of contract
Chris Bosh - Player Option - 31 year old oversized 3 undersized 4. Plays the 5 wayy to much for my liking. Still a valuable pieace.
Dwayne Wade - Player Option - 33 year old undersized 2 whose past his prime.
Justin Hamilton - On Roster - ...? Who the F is this guy?!
Norris Cole - On Roster - Also Garbage but is only 26 and is a back up at best

So to recap... Who should Pat Riley replace?

PG -
SG - Dwayne Wade ($20.2 million)
SF - LeBron James ($20.6 million)
PF - Chris Bosh ($20.6 million)
C -

The NBA issued new projections for the 2014-15 and 2015-16 salary cap and luxury tax thresholds. The 2014-15 salary cap is now projected to be $63.2 million and the tax level is projected to be $77.0 million.

The Big Three next season accumulate $61.4 Million leaving them $1.8 million to work with assuming they don't go into the luxury task which they will so in reality, they have like $15.6 million to spend. The Big Three will almost certainly opt out and redo the contracts to lure more talent in so who's available?

PG
Eric Bledsoe, RFA
Kyle Lowry, UFA
Isaiah Thomas, RFA

SG
Lance Stephenson, UFA (lol)
Greivis Vasquez, RFA

SF
Carmelo Anthony, ETO
Chandler Parsons, RFA
Rudy Gay, Player Option
Luol Deng, UFA

PF
Pau Gasol, UFA
Zach Randolph, Player Option

C
Greg Monroe, RFA

No guarantee Allen retires and he may return if LeBron comes back. All three need to opt out with Wade taking no more than 10 million per season. This team then could add a solid piece like Deng, Gortat, Lowry, or Ariza.

If Lebron is smart and doesn't give a f**k about ppl making up random standards for greatness - he'd go to Houston.

Lineup of Beverly, Harden, Parsons, Lebron, Howard will be great. I'd even try to trade Harden for 'Melo.

If he does go to Houston - you'll see all the ppl who have been trashing Howard for past two years will once again label him superstar and top 10 player lol
How is this thread only 7 pages long? lol

And I know it's hurts, 4ML, but I think a thread title change would be appropriate.
if lebron goes to another team there wont even be a miami heat thread on here for next year

Lol it doesn't hurt. 4 straight trips to finals - lol I ain't hurting at all. I'm in Paris and on mobile. I'll change it when I get back.

Oh and it has 7 pages bc the haters didn't want to post in this thread (duh b2b titles and 4 straight trips would do that) so it was just me posting in here.

Hmm. Lakers thread had no shortage of visitors when they went to 3 straight Finals and had back to back titles. I'm not trying to start s**t, but seriously, 7 pages is kinda ridiculous. lol

That's cool. Maybe something to do with you're on a forum of a team based in California lol and many Niner fans also root for Kings and Warriors who genuinely don't like the Lakers.
