Wade has already lost 10lbs this off-season and I think it'll be good for his career that he'll once again be asked to carry a franchise. A sense of responsibility will hopefully get him in the best shape of his life and result in healthy season. He also has opt out next summer - so that should be added motivation. I'm hoping DWade has a big season and cashes in.

This is what I thought would eventually happen. Just like Melo, Love has the ability to hold everyone hostage and kill the Wolves ability to shop for the best deal. He has more leverage than any of the teams. All he has to do is simply say "I'm not signing a new deal with anyone but Cleveland. If I'm not traded there, I'll just sign with them as a FA next year."
This is why the Cavs should not offer Wiggins. There are no other teams in the race. Nobody will trade for Love without an extension from him.

He's got a bit of a point; if he were unrestricted a team would've come in and swooped him up by now. Teams know the Suns will match any offer sans a max deal for Bledsoe, and teams don't see him as a max player. I don't think there's any ill intent behind his comment. I think he's probably just frustrated with this whole process. Again, I think the deal gets done at around 4/$54M once Bledsoe realizes he's not getting a max deal.
