I'll believe it when I see it. Remember, last month reports were we finally caved in and were willing to include Klay in a trade. Turned out to be completely false. The Cavs sounded very adamant that they were not trading Wiggins.
Won't shock me if Wolves are spreading rumors to increase his trade value to see if Warriors hand over Klay.
good thinking! didn't realize that

Yes. And he hasnt been the same player since then. Its stupid to say that we would trade Klay because we just signed Brandon Rush.
signing Rush isn't a good enough reason to trade Klay. any LOGICAL dubs fan knows that.
and also, from all accounts, Rush was healthy last season but was in the doghouse for some reason, which is why he didn't get much PT.

Looking like Kevin Love wont be coming to the land of the Warriors. If rumors are true he is going to be a Cav. Makes the Cavs the favorite to win the East anyway.
now that CLE is willing to part with Wiggins, that's interesting.
Utah was tanking. Also, I don't think he was completely 100% there.
East is very interesting. I like the Bulls if Rose ever gets his legs back.
Rush wouldn't have helped us win very many games last year regardless of his health. Him and Corbin had some sort of feud and it lasted all season. It was really frustrating to watch especially since Corbin wasn't letting the young guys play anyways.

Corbin might have been the worst coach in all of basketball last year. That gives me some hope that Rush is actually healthy and just needs an opportunity to prove it.

Don't know how credible this website is, 'Basketball Insiders', but this is from late last night (I'm still not sure the Dubs should include Klay to begin with, but now D. Lee, Klay, AND Barnes for Love and Martin?):
Love Willing to Exercise Option if Traded to Warriors
According to a source with knowledge of the situation, the Golden State Warriors are increasing their efforts to land Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star forward Kevin Love.
Love has recently been linked to trade talks with the Cleveland Cavaliers. LeBron James has even reached out and voiced his desire to play with him according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports. The Cavaliers are willing to let go of the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft Andrew Wiggins, but the Warriors are now willing to let go of Klay Thompson as well.
The Warriors have been trying to acquire Love without letting go of Thompson, but have come off of that stance because Love is willing to exercise his option for the 2015-16 season and put off becoming a free agent next summer according to a source.
David Lee and Harrison Barnes are expected to be a part of the deal as well. No trade is imminent, but the Warriors are willing to do whatever it takes to land Love now – even if that means letting go of a franchise favorite in Thompson.

Can't imagine that being true. Such a terrible trade.

IMO all this talk of Wiggins and Klay is coming from the wolves. They are trying any way they can to get these teams to offer what Wolves want

I think you are probably right. I still wouldnt be shocked if the Warriors caved and gave up Klay but there wouldnt be a chance in hell they would give up Barnes or a #1 along with him. Still believe that King James will get his way and Love ends up a Cav.

I'd much rather take Ryan Anderson, if we were really trying to trade for a stretch 4 without dealing Klay. although he's had his own health concerns, too

If the Wolves are insisting on Klay being part of the deal for Love and that the Dubs must take back Martin's contract, I would only consider this deal if it looked something like this: D.Lee, Klay, and Barnes (I've heard Barnes would need to be included) for Love, Martin, and their new draft pick this year, LaVine (I like his potential and been hearing good things about him during the summer league). I mean, we know D.Lee has to be a part of this deal to make the salaries match and to get him off the Warriors' payroll...but, if the Wolves are insisting on Klay AND Barnes also, the Warriors need to get something else back like LaVine. Even if that means the Warriors have to throw in next year's #1, which could make the trade that much more attractive to the Wolves (thought I read somewhere the Wolves don't have a #1 for next year's draft?). So, in total it would be D. Lee, Klay, Barnes, and next year's #1 for Love, Martin, and LaVine. I'd seriously consider that trade if I'm the Warriors.
