lol people can make fun of him, but he always makes Harold Reynolds look like an idiot.

Im sure Reynolds HATES doing the show with him. He'll give this big explanation of his opinion, and then Kenny trumps his point in like 2 sentences.

BTW, sabermetric stats are such a useful tool if you know how to use them. Too many people mistake the purpose of them. You really can better determine each players individual value, and potential future value using advanced numbers. You just cant take them as purely factual, thats all.

Sounds like AROD will be making his season debut next week.

Too bad the Biogenesis punishments won't be enforced until next season.

lol 6th or 7th inning guy?? Considering hes been better than anyone in your pen not named Edward Mujica, youd think hed be the setup guy. If thats all the Cards view him as, he wont be going to the Cards. There are plenty of contenders looking for a closer or setup man who would pay more.

Cishek's era doesnt reflect his season. Opposing batters are hitting .212 off him. Lower than anyone in your pen besides Mujica. 1.08 WHIP, which is lower than everyone but Mujica. Plus 41 k's in 41.2 ip (8.86 K/9). Better than Mujica (7.46).

Not a chance he takes Mujica or Rosenthal's role.

Cardinals aren't going to fix something that isn't broken. We've needed a 6-7th inning guy who can hold it down IF our starters can't make it that far. Randy Choate is a lefty (one batter a night usually) and other than that we have Seth Manness (who hasn't been bad), Carlos Martinez, and newly added Fernando Salas (although he was horrible earlier this year)

So yeah, he'd fill in that role. Post all the numbers you want, but Matheny has said himself that Rosenthal and Mujica are 8/9. He has been asked about moving Rosenthal into the rotation. Chris Carpenter will be back soon to take that role.

Dunno if you just forgot about Rosenthal completely or what, but he has been one of the more dominating set up men in the game this year. He isn't going anywhere.

Cishek has better numbers than rosenthal, Probably looking to use both as the 7/8th inning guy
