Agreed he hasn't been lights out, but still has got the job done. The fact that he is tied for the lead in the MLB in saves after how frustrating this season has been for him AND the Cardinals, is impressive to me.
On paper coming into this season the Cardinals are absolutely loaded. Hasn't quite panned out that way, but we're still in the thick of things. Thank god for Matt Adams.

I'm sure, but let me enjoy him while it lasts. As long as him and Cruz and Pierzyinski can put a band aid over Molina and Wacha til early September.
This year has been brutal. Every single guy in the rotation has faced some sort of injury. Rosenthal struggling (yet still tied for most saves in MLB), Molina hurt. Adams hurt. Craig terrible. Holliday down year. Taveras struggling. Still in this b***h though.
