By the time hes proven to the Cards he is back to top form, and can be trusted with a big money deal, he will be too old. No smart team gives a pitcher more than 3 years at age 32. Especially when the guy is trying to get back to what he used to be before an injury.
So in other words he might be a Dodger.

Perhaps it will be just like Carp being Carp.
1st year not having season tickets in a long time. I spent WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY too much $$$ last year on tickets/beer/food/etc

I'm sure I'll change my mind eventually and buy them...but bought this for now

$860 for 2 tickets

Too much imo. Makes the Torres deal look good, and we overpaid.

Buster Olney ranked the #stlcards as having the third-best lineup in the majors, calling them "an American League team in the National League."

Thats what they always say about NL teams with stacked lineups.

The media can keep calling the AL the far superior league all they want, but its becoming a trend for the AL powerhouse lineups to get dominated by strong NL pitching in the WS.

They can keep the DH. We'll just play the REAL game of baseball over here, like its been played for 145 years. They should go ahead and add "Designated Fielders" while theyre at it.
So happy he is moving to 2B
