Cardinals sign Matt Belisle. Means two things. Welcome to the rotation Carlos Martinez, and thanks for a dominant stint in STL Neshek

James what is your opinion on the Rams most likely going back to LA soon?
Like is the fan-base as strong as it is for the Cards or Blues?

I hope they stay. That is one 49ers game a year for me. They DO need the new stadium though. The Edward Jones Dome is so boring. Seriously NOTHING stands out about it. There has been some significant ground made on them staying in St. Louis though. Apparently the construction of the stadium may begin before 2015 ends.
The fan base is nowhere near as strong as the Cardinals...or even the Blues. The Blues have been steadily progressing, but they're still way behind the Cardinals in terms of fan base support. You'll consistently hear the Blues referred to as the Chicago Cubs of the NHL and the Cardinals are almost always competitive.
Cardinals >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Blues>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Rams

jrg, I finished my fantasy baseball keeper league auction, and ended up with a few Cards.
What is your insider opinion on Wainwright, Wacha, and Carpenter this year?

What is your insider opinion on Wainwright, Wacha, and Carpenter this year?
Wainwright: You know what you're gonna get out of the guy if his elbow is right. He's top 3 in the NL when he is on. He's usually pretty underrated when it comes to fantasy. He has pitched once in ST and went 4 solid innings I believe.
Wacha: This is the year I really think he takes off. He is 100% healthy and it's showing in ST. He pitched today. 5 2/3, 4H, 0R, 4K. 1.76 ERA in ST so far.
Carpenter: He regressed somewhat last year and this year he might stay around there. He will lose some ABs to Mark Reynolds. He'll still normally be the lead off man for the Cardinals, but don't know if he'll match his 2013 season again.
