Impeccable NBA source confirms to me that the Los Angeles Lakers have not asked for permission to interview Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau.
2nd NBA source: "First it's Knicks + now it's Lakers. Where does this stuff come from and which team will he be rumored to go to next?"
Me to one solid source: "Will the Lakers ask? Him: "Why wouldn't they? But he is under a long term deal."

I love Thibs but the Lake show can't possibly be thinking about giving the Bulls a top 5 draft pick

Hearing that, if the Grizz totally clean house, the Memphis owner will look to trade for Tom Thibodeau + give him an SVG/Pistons-type deal.
PS: Bulls need assets for a run at Kevin Love, an extra 1st round pick would help. They'd hire Fred Hoiberg if Thibs got traded. Stay tuned.

anything other than Carlost Bloozer. for the love of GOD please refrain from going after anymore Duke players. again name one Blue Devil to have won a championship by leading his team....non. don't count S. Battier cause he rode the coattails of LBJ, DW, CB and Mike Miller for those 2 rings.
this is a simple as not drafting a QB from the U and or Heisman Trophy winning QB from Florida. just avoid them with all costs.
