Did you guys think the Lakers had a chance even if Kobe was in the lineup ?

I think the Lakers would have won this series with Kobe in the lineup. They were the better team over the last 40 games of the season.

The Lakers were better the last several weeks of the season because the Spurs were pretty banged up (Parker, Manu, Diaw). The Spurs are still banged up, but they're regaining strength and are a different team now than they were weeks ago.

The Lakers were also banged up during that stretch (the whole season really) and were gaining health until Kobe went down. It sure would have made for a great series to see both teams squaring off at full health.
I don't know why, but I'm kinda excited to see this mess unfold tonight. I'm guessing Clark is gonna have to play some guard tonight, which is hilarious, because for a large part of the season he was being used as a Center. lol
well this should be interesting tonight
Fun fact...Andrew Goudelock has played this fewest minutes this season of any playoff starter since 1952. (6)

Only if you think a blowout loss is interesting.

Wait, what? He's played more than 6 minutes this season, right?
Morris looking half decent so far.

Not during the regular season.

Really? He was getting minutes early when Nash went down, I thought.
It's amazing how much faster we look with these youngsters in the back court. lol

You're thinking of Morris. Goudelock got cut in the preseason and only re-joined the team after Kobe got hurt.
Goudelock will go off for 40 points
LMAO at tirico "The good thing about only having 3 guards is you can keep shooting. There's nobody to come in for you" lol
