Meh. I was funny 3 years ago. 2 of those guys aren't even on the team and the 3rd has a different name and number now.

Really, there was some doubt have to disagree, Kobe pissed me off by having to go public saying it's his team for another year, just shut up and play, i'm reading in between the lines.. Dwight sucked and appeared non-fully committed partly injury but just genuine unhappy about his role on the team (wink wink my team or Kobe), Dwight is not the type to come out publicly (Shaquille) I'm just reading in between the lines..Originally posted by StOnEy333:Originally posted by corona55569:Lakers have complained a bunch this year about who's team is it
Uh.....no they haven't. There was never a doubt of any player or coach that this was Kobe's team.

That in between the lines, this really isn't Kobe's team, or maybe wasn't at some point this season?

Oh okay.
It's obviously been Kobe's team for years. I think at the beginning of the year the problem wasn't who's team was it, the problem was that Dwight wouldn't accept the idea it was Kobe's team. That's my take.

but if you're kobe, why even entertain that question? his answer should've just been, "it's the Buss's team." everybody know kobe is the leader of it, and as a leader you gotta be a little more humble than that.

If the Lakers win tonight, they'll have finished the season at a .692 clip over the course of the last 39 games. That'd be the 4th best record in the NBA over the course of the season, and that's with a TON of injuries.
Kobe's f**kin' injury. We mighta actually be able to make some noise in these playoffs.

Utah @ Memphis starting in about 25 minutes. We should know by tipoff if the Lakers need to win to make the playoffs.

lulz
Chris Paul trade. The end.
Although I do find it to be very staggering that the Lakers went from being first in free throw differential to being first in free throw differential.
