Yep we receded it before he decided ergo we didn't even offer him anything cause we canceled the offer

He only chose golden state because sac canceled their offer

Since the Warriors can't throw in any players or draft picks, the most likely use of the TPE would be for a player whose contract the team is trying to move. That limits the options.
