1) Warriors want to re-sign Jarrett Jack
2) They can't re-sign JJ if Dwight comes as a free agent, because they'll have to renounce JJ's rights.
3) They CAN re-sign JJ if Dwight comes in a sign & trade.
4) If Warriors can dump Biedrins & RJ first, but hold onto Bogut so they could still do a Sign & Trade with the Lakers. If they're able to dump RJ & Beans, that shows the Lakers that they can sign Howard outright so the Lakers should accept what the Dubs offer.

warriors would prefer a sign and trade for dwight howard, which would enable the warriors to keep jarret jack

Warriors will trade beans and jefferson first, trading bogut easier. Trying to force lakers hand i guess

Dwight will sign with the Magic. Him leaving for a year was the only way the Magic would get JJ Reddick off the team.
