Lakers out if jazz win?

Life support

How does being a half game behind the Jazz constitute being on life support?

Only so many games left. I'd say that both the Dubs and Lakers are on life support for different reasons

The Warriors are going to make the playoffs. They just arent going to do anything in the playoffs. The Lakers on the other hand are 50-50 to even make it in at this point.

Agreed with both teams John. But even still, I wouldnt say either team is on life support.

I think Utah controls its own destiny.

If the lakers don't make the playoffs, it wouldn't feel the same.
we clinch tomorrow.. book it
Highly hypothetical question. But if Monta wanted to return and is willing to be a sixth man, would you welcome him back?

Not for the contract he will demand.

he wont want to be a 6th man and this team is better without him, IMO.

Yes. He's a legitimate NBA scorer. He'd be a great 6th man for ANY NBA squad. But as YA said, this will be Tay's last "big" contract. Gotta get the cash...gotta get the dough.

These are my exact thoughts.

Monta is an interesting player. He would be the best 6th man in the league but he is also good enough to be a starter, and he knows that. Kind of a tough place to be in if you're looking for a huge payday.

Again, this is extremely hypothetical and I do not expect this to happen.

NO. We lost with Monta and he is going to want a HUGE payday
