Yes! Let's go get Lou Williams now if Allen departs.

I'm hearing that the C's are really interested in OJ Mayo.

3 years/$34M for Garnett.
Another year of dumb teams spending too much money in FA. I don't know why more teams don't avoid it.

thats an awful lot of money for a 36 year old guy who needs to take games off to stay fresh and put up 15 and 8 last year.
he gets a lot of treatment for his knees before every game

If the Miami Heat have it their way, they'll have a commitment from Ray Allen within hours of Sunday's start of free agency. The longer the process plays out, the less it may favor them. The Heat, according to sources, have made Allen their prime offseason target and will pursue him strongly when free agency opens Sunday at 12:01 a.m. ET.
They intend to offer him their $3 million mini-mid-level exception, a chance to win another title and significant playing time as they continue with the plan to play LeBron James as a power forward in the future.

With boston's draft, the young guys can play all season and get experience, and KG can play later in the season/playoffs. SOunds win win.

I agree. I don't have a problem with the $$$ involved the 1st year. I see it being a negative the last year and possibly the 2nd year. I don't think he play up to it for that long.
BtW I like their draft picks ALOT

Toronto is likely to amnesty Calderon, and if he makes it through waivers, the Lakers are considered the front runner. He'd be a really nice addition.

"@Chris_Broussard: Dwight Howard met with new Magic GM Rob Hennigan Friday in LA. Howard told Hennigan he wants to be traded to Brooklyn Nets, sources say."
Don't see how the Nets could possibly have enough to trade for Howard. They have 5 players signed to contracts
I bet he gets traded elsewhere and signs with the Nets next off season
