What's clear is that this is an average team in terms of talent even when totally healthy. Everything has to go their way and working on all cylinders to be competitive...the pitching has to be on-point about 80% of the time, the fielding has to be nearly perfect, the hitting has to be timely and they have to have all their key players healthy. Mix in some lucky bounces and great team chemistry, and essentially that's the formula with almost ZERO margin for error because of the overall lack of talent/depth. Right now, the starting pitching is holding up about 40% of the time, and everything else is completely effed up.
