They won two championships and were not that bad in 2011 considering their best player was gone. I guess this is there down year
I'd trade a few guys like pence and lincecum for prospects.

would you guys consider trading Pablo at all right now?
honestly I'd be for it if he weren't struggling so much which would lead to low offers. Nonetheless if we become sellers I wouldn't mind shipping him out, and you know what that means coming from me
Cant trade him now because his value has to be at an all time low. Get him in shape in the off season and then trade him. I dont want him long term.
I'd only want him long term if he has stipulations in his contract that he has to maintain a certain weight. It clearly affects his play.
I'm not for babysitting a grown ass man. He should by now have a CLEAR understanding of how his weight affects his health and if he can't take care of that without stipulations in his contract then I want to try to get something for him while he still has some value. Who knows, he may turn it around somewhere else but he seems to be too "comfortable" here

this has become pretty pathetic, dbacks lose 2 in a row and we decide to lose 2 too, could have made up 2 games and 2 winnable games... its hard to watch.

I'm sure there will be tons of demand for a player going on 38, has 2 homers and 19rbi, and is owed close to 17 milion dollars over the next 2.5 years.

LOL. And thats why it wont be easy to trade him unless the Giants pick up a LOT of the money and get back a lower level prospect at best.

He's still productive, but I really have no idea who needs a second baseman. Who do we start in his place? Abreu and Noonan?
Just creates more holes. They're in a difficult spot right now.
