Richmond player got a tech, THEN the Richmond coach just got a DOUBLE tech. Richmond went from UP 63-61 (with :04 left) to DOWN 68-63

NW State has upset potential in them. Lousy at D, but they are extremely athletic and great on offense. Very deep team too.
