I feel like they need to find a way to keep him. He's still got plenty in the tank. Havlat on the other hand can just go away.
Randy Hahn, please never leave:

Blues just look like a minor league team when facing you...they've been destroying everybody in the NHL lately, but once we face the Sharks...its over. Lol

STL was on a 4 game winning streak..and then lost 6-2 earlier this year..8-1-1 over last 10 including 5 game winning streak now...and now down 4-0

Hes going to be difficult to replace for less though. Considering hes still playing at a high level, and hes a career long Shark, its hard to see him leaving. Hopefully not. Hes going to get to 500 goals in the next 2.5 years.

I want him back, I am a huge Marceau fan. We will see.

That's how it was for the Sharks most of the last two years when they faced the Blues. They couldn't advance the puck through the neutral zone half the time and on the rare occasions they got shots Elliott/Halak had no issues stopping them.

If Boyle goes, I think they can use the savings to keep Marleau. Boyle's salary is huge -- 6.7 million. Havlat is making way too much. Get rid of Marty's 5 million, and use those savings too.
