I don't know how Harbaugh will be as an NFL coach. But he seems to be a great college coach had he stayed. I think he had put together a very good coaching staff and that is a major step in being successful in the NFL.

And it's interesting that only Rodgers has had success on the NFL level. He also wasn't on Tedford's radar screen coming out of high school. It's only when Tedford visited Butte College to look at another prospect -- did he first lay eyes upon Rodgers.

He was really an afterthought -- even after Tedford signed him. I don't think Tedford really expected Rodgers to blossom like he did.

Yeah and Harbaugh built a team that was actually able to beat USC twice in a row and got to the Orange Bowl and won it.
