New 49ers locker-room setup this year. Lockers are not arranged by position groups. Offensive/defensive players are integrated.

One thing that is noticably different between Harbaugh and Singltary/Nolan is the mentality during preseason. It seemed as though the previous coaches were more focused on player evaluation and running the playbook without purpose just to see how the players executed the plays.
Harbaugh appears to be on multiple planes not only evaluating players and execution but also looking forward to Preseason Game 3 as a chance to experience and work on the 2-minute drill near the end of half. He also mentioned it is a chance to work on experiencing/practicing halftime adjustments and starters practicing how to come out playing into the 3rd quarter...
Under Nolan, I think he sat JTO after the first drive of preseason game 3 and I don't recall either him or Sing working on 2-minute drill at the end of the half rather running out the clock. Let's see if JH actually works on what he said.

That's not saying much. Those two combined form a person that's twice as dumb.
