I still love Harbaughs intensity and competitiveness. He is no longer the HC of the 49ers obviously, but he will always be apart of 49ers history. Jim was easily top 3 HC during his time here.

No he's a HC. Part of a head coaches job is to boost players confidence. Being he's still a HC it's not really in his best interest to bad mouth a former player.
He'd be pretty stupid to say he's not cut out to be an NFL QB no matter how he truly feels.

Dude's been bumping up Kaepernick since the day he left no matter what media stream (for obvious reasons). I respect the love and support of "his guy" but at this stage, to call Kaepernick a Championship capable QB is straight delusional. I get he's using media to help get CK a job in the NFL but that's as delusional as his loyalty to Greg Roman.
