Highly entertaining series. Was hoping for a Bruin win tonight just so we could see a Game 7.
Congrats to the Blackhawks.

Projected US Olympic Roster:
Zach Parise - Ryan Kesler - Patrick Kane
Max Pacioretty - Joe Pavelski - Phil Kessel
Bobby Ryan - Derek Stepan - Ryan Callahan
Dustin Brown - Alex Galchenyuk - Blake Wheeler
Defense
Ryan Suter - Keith Yandle
Dustin Byfuglien - Jack Johnson
Paul Martin - Ryan McDonagh
Just Missed: Justin Faulk
Goalie
Starter - Jonathan Quick
Backup - Ryan Miller
Jimmy Howard
Its a pretty good squad, very young too. Only skaters over 30 is Paul Martin, and I only put him over Faulk because I wanted to add a veteran. For Forwards, someone like Backes or Legwand may be picked over Galchenyuk/Wheeler to add veteran leadership as well.
Our forwards are a bit undersized and our centers are below par, but otherwise it should be one of the top forward groups.
On defense, we should also have one of the top 3 groups. Lot of guys that are two-defenseman and great skaters, prefect for Olympic game.
On goalies, we should be one of the top 3 groups as well.
My rankings:
Forwards
1. Canada
2. Russia
3. Sweden
4. USA
5. Finland
Defense
1. Canada
2. USA
3. Sweden
4. Slovakia
5. Russia
Goalie
1. USA (Quick)
2. Sweden (Lundqvist)
3. Finland (Rask? Incredibly deep)
4. Canada (Crawford?)
5. Switzerland (Hiller)
Projected Finals:
1. USA
2. Sweden
3. Canada
4. Finland
5. Russia
6. Switzerland
7. Slovakia
8. Czech Republic
9. Norway
10. Latvia
11. Austria
12. Slovenia

f**k...this is where Canada really gets hurt. We don't have any stand out goalies.

haha, exactly why I'm predicting they don't win Gold again.
I asked a friend if he thought Crawford would be the starter, he suggested Bernier.
