Phil Knight handles all the fines. So they pretty much handle it in house

I'm pretty sure you get fined if you touch a ref or maybe if you cuss them out during post-game news conference or whatever. But other than that I dunno.

I can imagine if the Pac 10 has some sort of policy like this, the guy is looking to get fined. Not sure how universal these policies are, but it looks to be a conference to conference thing.

One thing about Luck I don't like is how his long throws seem to arrive late or kind of hang up. Maybe just this game.

In the NFL, that last throw to the TE gets picked off.
