They like being paid 40k for a title fight?
Why doesn't Silva step into the ring vs Paul Williams or Kelly Pavlik?
Lesnar vs one of the Russian Brothers.
They would make more money in one night of boxing than all the fights they have had in the UFC combined. s**t PBF made 25 Mil. in one fight.
Simple. Most MMA fighters aren't specifically boxers. Look at Brock. His hands are slow as hell. But he's one helluva wrestler. So if he would move to boxing, he would get owned pretty bad. The same goes for boxers though. If they were to cross over to MMA, they would get owned by a wrestler or a muay thai fighter. But of course, they wouldn't cross over cus the money isn't that great.
I had an honest question though for boxing enthusiast. How well do average boxers get paid? We all know that superstar boxers like Floyd and Manny make boatloads of cash, but I always wondered about average, non-popular boxers.
