You know what they say about teams that live and die by the 3, right?

They win championships.............

That's a bit misleading - our bench lives and dies by the 3 - our starters live off the pick n' roll and do a good job of attacking the basket. As a result, we were one of the top teams in the league in terms of points in the paint per game.

The Nuggets, Warriors and Thunder are teams that live and die by the jump shot.

The Spurs plan to "just run the Suns off the three point line, and we'll win" isn't working.
Ah, how good it feels to have players that can create their own shots.
The series is far from over, but it's nice to be actually competitive against the spurs.

Oh and kudos to gentry for calling a timeout after the spurs went on 5-0 run to start the second half.
I still have a lot of repect for D'antoni but I doubt he calls a timeout in that situation.

Yeah, that's pretty crazy I didn't know that either.... and to have a crowd in college taunt him about that? Wow.

One week? Your starters already got plenty of rest against the Spurs. You're looking at 2 weeks and you better not come out rusty against LA either!
