Damn, this is one of the greater US vs Mexico games ever since LaVolpe became Mexicos coach. Both teams are playing great. Damn. I love these types of games. Although the U.S. is being a little reserved the past 5 minutes, waiting for a deadly counter maybe?

That's a bold statement considering they've only played for 20 minutes.

It's created the biggest buzz IMO.

no its not, did you see any of the games from 2003-2008? They were never as exciting as this. LaVolpe liked playing a more defensive style, contrary to how he played his teams in Toluca. And with Erikkson and Sanchez they just didnt gel, it was boring.
GOOOOLLLLAAAAZZOOOOO!!!!!

VAMO MEXICO!!!!

VAAAMMMOOOO!!!!!

That's got nothing to do with the statement I was contesting.

yeah, that was a dirty play by Torrado on Donovan. but hey, Oguchi looks like hes playing volleyball. haha.
So am I correct in assuming that just about every American of Mexican descent roots against their home country in this?

Depends on how you were raised. I remember ever since I was little I'd watch Mexico's games with my dad. It was great. Hollywood49er goes for the U.S. and I think he mentioned that hes Mexican.

It cracks me up too, but who am I to say who they should root for?
