He's suffering from more than that. He was dealing with gout last year, as well as complications with hips and various swelling issues. Flying so much is causing a lot of the problem. Over 40 flights a year doesn't help.

Like many seasons before, I watched every single minute of every single game. This was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my sporting life, capped off by a trip to the downtown celebration with Pete, AmpLee, and 95,000+ in the coliseum.

And with that, I bid you farewell 2008-09 season.
