Actually Vargas is the WBO champ. He was the IBO champ at 140. Not a contender. He gave Bradley a hard gritty fight. He took out Sadam Ali for the belt. He has beaten world class fighters, Antonio Demarco among them.
He is very capable of pulling off the upset.
