If we're not going to be in the SB hunt, somebody has to be looking at all the dime that we're paying our K, too.

The just said on the radio that cutting ray mac means we have to eat about $5 million in 2015, and $3 million in 2016 (more of less).

No, 2016 there is no dead money, only this year, and 2015. Because he is basically a post June 1 cut, his bonus is spread out over two years.

With all of the potential cuts and certain FAs walking, is there anyway Niners would have enough $ for a guy like Maclin ?

$2.376M under the cap with carryover, if the cap is $140M.

AB ... calm my fears. Are we f**ked next year? Justin Smith, Ahmad Brooks, Ray Mac, Cully, Cox, Gore, Vernon, Iupati all could be gone or are gone. Do we have any cap flexibility to start rebuilding this s**t.

What all do folks expect to happen in regards to the Niners salary cap for 2015. As of this moment they have $147,776,194 tied up in their top 51 contracts. There is a good chance that as of this moment they could be a few million over the cap before free agency starts. Obviously some cuts and restructures will need to take place, what do you see the front office doing? (Not what do you wish would happen)
