PYMWYMI, Year 3.... (2008-2009)

Yeah, i'll go 9-7.

2009-2010?

2009-2010 regular season

...too much fire in our butts to lose too many games in a row; if we have a tough loss, its hard for me to see that we wont step it up the next week, especially with Sing running the show. Our players believe in "team", and we have a great core group of guys that show some promise.

I also believe that the front office has made some really great moves with free agency also this past offseason. Evans, Bly for example will prove their worth on our defense.

11-5 with key wins in week 1, against the Titans, and also a win in Houston

I'll go 10-6

if we get decent qb play and no stars get injured i dont see how this isnt possible.

So your saying a playoff game at the Stick?

We'll have a thread for this soon enough, guys. It is useless to post your 09 predictions in this 08 thread, IMO.

Will PM kidash to let him know that we should put this thread up by at least the start of training camp.

Thanks! I still have the chart templates, too.
4-12. No pass rush, unproven O-coordinator, Safety position not set, mediocre QBs. Alot of what ifs. I hope i'm wrong though.
I am going with 9 and 7.
Your post says 2008 - 2009. Do you mean 2009 - 2010?

Anyway for the 2009 - 2010 season this is what I predict.

~ 2 QB's who can't play.
~ A CB injured before the season starts and unproven guys behind him.
~ Safety problems which haven't been fixed.
~ No pass rush at all.
~ Relying too much on Manny to bring pass rush when he hasn't shown any.
~ Replaced in injured RT with an injured RT.
~ Unproven and overhyped WR's.
~ A TE who can't run routes and can't catch.
~ A front office that keeps missing on draft picks and FA's.

1 - 15.

The #2 pick in the draft behind the 0 - 16 Lions.

9-7
11-5

~ 1 WZer who's going to be wrong again.

9-7 is the safe bet, but I'll go out on a limb with Kolohe and vote for 13 wins.

13-3 and NFC West Champs. We lose 3 of 4 to either the Packers, Eagles, Falcons or Cardinals, and play in the NFC Championship against the Giants.

The "Fysical" 49ers will surprise a lot of folks, just like their forefathers in 1981.
