49ers Remaining Obvious Needs (as of 3/14/18):

2. MLB
3. OG
4. CB
5. OLB
6. WR Red Zone Threat
7. RB Depth
8. OT Depth
Notes: I rank MLB higher than OG at this point because at least we have serviceable players in Kilgore/Magnuson there. At MLB we have nothing but a player who had an injury-riddle season and is about to be suspended, maybe even cut/traded in an extreme worst-case scenario.

Thanks for this
IMO, Kilgore, and Garnett should be slotted at the Guard spots, Tomlinson and Beadles were hot garbage last year.

Our O-Line this year should be, Richburg, Kilgore, Garnett, Brown, Staley, Gilliam, Magnuson, and then 2 others, either a vet and a rook, or 2 rooks.

I agree with you, I was just slotting them at their current positions and not repeating names on the list above, for now. Once we get later into the off-season I'll move those names around. On Garnett though, I don't know that he's earned anything over Magnuson yet though. Or even over Beadles who wasn't good but played out of position.
Updated with the Fusco (Falcons) and Coyle (re-signed) signings. So far, our moves would at best cancel each other out still. We'll see who else we gain/lose in the days to come, but we might still be in line for a late pick or two when it's all said and done.

Tomlinson at guard >>>>> Kilgore at guard. Big Stanford fan and still not sure Garnett has what it takes either.

Flip Tomlinson and Garnett, and add Beadles (at least for now...). But yes, that's pretty much it.
With added competition via draft, the interior line position battles should be furious this season. Gotta keep JimmyG's jersey clean.

Hopefully we draft a strong OT prospect to compete with Gilliam and the others. We are set at C with essentially 4-deep depth between Richburg, Kilgore, Magnuson, and Beadles (if he makes the team). In my opinion, Magnuson is a keeper at OG. Garnett could be traded if he doesn't perform this off-season and TC. Tomlinson needs to go though.

Even right now a line of Staley-Kilgore-Richburg-Magnuson-Brown is not too shabby, especially if Mags builds on his promising rookie performance. If Garnett gets his crap together and starts performing, even better. We'll certainly add pieces through the draft though, so this should be fun to see how everything pans out.
