49ers seem to always find Vet Kickers who just kill it for them. Remember Akers, Then Dawson. Now Gould.

Remember when we used to have the worst kickers in the league and Jose Cortez was the gold standard for 49ers kickers? I still can't get used to having a pro bowl quality kicker every year for the past decade since Nedney.

Set the 49ers team record for most consecutive field goals made. This is a guy that the Bears cut because they felt he was all washed up, meanwhile they've struggled to find a consistent kicker ever since.
