Nobody needs firing. Players definitely need upgrading, but it wasn't all going to happen in year one.
Right now it feels like we're making do with what we have in both talent and position, plugging guys in where they might not be best suited but without a better option behind them.
This is especially true on defence which often happens when switching schemes.
