Who cares. Point spreads are all about betting. And even if they weren't, is there anything more meaningless than power rankings and ratings in preseason? Just ask the Patriots ... lol.

Meaningless in the first game of the season, absolutely! I heard the Patriots might go 16-0 before last night. No one has shown anything in preseason, and the best players have hardly played. You have to get into about a 1st quarter of the season before you can really get a good idea of where a team probably stands. And even then 'any given Sunday' can happen, as will injuries.
