If he can stay healthy .... he could really be dominant.

If he can make it through the season, I could see Kittle putting up some nice numbers, potentially top 10 TE numbers. As a rookie, this was where he ranked last year:
Catches: 18th
Yards/Game: 15th
Yards/Catch: 11th (among TEs with 25+ catches)
Touchdowns: 30th
So, middle of the pack for the most part. Just would like to see him get more red zone looks.
He only played 5 games with a real QB. He should have a very good year.
Should be interesting to see how he does with a year under his belt in this system (same with Jimmy G) and a full year playing with Jimmy.

Strong emphasis on the baby, less on the Gronk.
Kittle is a good player.

Gronk:
Height 6' 6"
Weight 258 lbs
Arm Length 34¼
Hand Size 10¾"
10 Yard Split 1.58s
40 Yard Dash 4.68s
Vertical Jump 33½
Broad Jump 119
3-Cone Drill 7.18s
Yard Shuttle 4.47s
Bench Press 23 reps

Kittle:
Height: 6-foot-4
Weight: 247 pounds – 251 at Pro Day
Arm Length: 33' 1/8
Hand Size: 9' 1/4
10 Yard Dash:1.59 seconds
40-yard dash: 4.52 seconds
Bench press: 18 reps at 225 pounds
Vertical jump: 35 inches – His jump of 38.5 inches Monday would've ranked No. 2 for TEs at the combine.
Broad jump: 132 inches
3-cone drill: Did not run at Combine; 6.76 seconds on Pro Day. Alabama's O.J. Howard's 6.85 was fastest among TEs at the Combine.
20-yard shuttle: Did not run at Combine; 4.07 seconds on Pro Day. Howard's 4.16 was fastest among TEs at the Combine.

Gronk is a beast at his size but besides significantly smaller hands Kittle is still athletic at his size IMO. And we drafted him in the 5th round!

That's okay. Kittle doesn't have to be anything like Gronk to be a good player.
