And for all you naive people - she's not getting paid hush money, she's realised if she does this her meal ticket for life is gone. She's just realised they have a kid and she'll live amazingly well through child support from him. If he goes to jail on the basis of her false testimony then she'll actually have to work for a living, and she's obviously decided she's not down with that.....
How do you know this? You're guessing, much like anyone else here.
He could easily have hit her and she decided after her initial response that bruises heal but being broke doesn't just suddenly go away as quickly.
The bottomline is that we don't know what actually happened and likely never will.
How do I know this? How do you know he actually hit her?
For my part, I've done my actual research and I know more about female (and male) evolutionary psychology and biological drivers and how they drive male/female relationship dynamics than you do.
I also know how women fight within the realm of societal perception (as opposed to physical violence in general) and this incident is a textbook example of a bitter woman extracting a her revenge and then recanting it when she realises she will be worse off if it plays out as she initially planned.

Take a step back. I know everyone is emotional due to the current events, but think about it rationally.
Whether it is money paid now or the prospect of money later, your first sentence is arguing semantics.
Second, there is no guarantee of child support. I assume you mean if they stay together she will have access to money. I agree.
Third, if she made it all up, what do you think the chances are he would go to jail? People seem to think this is a common occurrence. But, when a defendant has money and is actually innocent, I bet I could count on one hand the number of times said defendant has gone to jail in the last year.

LOL and so many fans demanded he be cut before he even got to tell his side of the story. People were OUTRAGED at the 49ers for not cutting this ruthless abuser before he got charged with these crimes.
Theres about a metric ton of crow to be eaten in this thread. Line up and grab a spoon, you know who you are.

So you don't know, the same as any of the rest of us.
None of us have a clue as to the details of what went down. Everyone will have their own take on it.
The best thing Foster can do at this point to convince people of his innocence is by staying out of trouble from here on out. No more arrests, no more tangles with law enforcement, no more bad headlines.
It can't be a repeat of Ray McDonald where everyone was like "told you that chick was crazy, she is out of her mind" and then it turned out that he's really just a human trainwreck.

Generally aren't all videos time stamped in the hard drive the date they were produced?

Cut Fosters dick off then trade him to the Bengals. That piece of s**t should never play a down as a 49er. The sooner Lynch moves on from his franchise crippling mistake the sooner we can recover.
Prayers to the girl. I hope she gets all of Fosters money. Stupid pothead woman beating piece of crap
Money doesn't heal wounds...

No lie I know this woman who, yes, was choked out by her husband ,but admitted to me that she punched herself multiple times in the face to get her man into more trouble with the law and $.
Women can be connivingly evil.
Work on your own issues with women. This woman got choked, but she's evil?
If she injured herself and blamed someone else for it? Yes, that is pretty evil regardless of what was done to her.

And thats assuming no Federal charges are brought, as it was a federal NFA violation as well.
Upon further research it seems that the gun charges might slightly be....embellished. The magazine charge is already gone due to the injunction and the DA might be pushing their luck with the assault weapons charge as well.
Seems like the DA might be jumping the gun, so to speak, on a law that doesn't even fully take effect for a couple more months.
https://www.calgunsfoundation.org/santa_clara_da_s_office_issues_troubling_and_misleading_news_release_about_49ers_ruben_foster_gun_charges
The April 12 release stated that, during a search of Foster's home, police officers found "a Sig Sauer 516 – along with its large capacity magazine – both of which are illegal to possess in California." But those items are not necessarily illegal to possess in California.
"The District Attorney's Office is clearly misrepresenting California law in their statement," said CGF Executive Director Brandon Combs. "Worse, their assertions suggest that they may be prosecuting people for firearms-related conduct that simply isn't criminal."
"There are likely tens of thousands of perfectly-legal Sig Sauer rifles, and many millions of similar AR-15 type firearms, in California today," Combs continued. "As the DA should know, the statutory deadline for registering the new 'Bullet Button Assault Weapons' category of firearms is not until June 30. And, at least while a federal injunction is in place, the mere possession of a lawfully-acquired 'large-capacity magazine' that holds more than ten rounds is just not a chargeable crime."
"The Santa Clara District Attorney's Office should be above lying to make its case, but apparently they are more concerned about pushing their anti-gun agenda than telling the whole story. The public deserves better than political spin – especially from its prosecutors. If the Santa Clara DA's Office, or any prosecutor, is improperly charging and prosecuting people for firearms issues, we definitely want to know about that," Combs concluded.
Wow! Fascinating stuff.
It seems like they know more about the gun laws in California than the idiot DA does. He did already have to drop the magazine charge. What a dips**t.

Let me repeat myself.
Any further incidents or domestic violence complaints and he'll have lost all benefit of the doubt. People acting right don't constantly get embroiled in all manner of legal trouble.
How many times was Patrick Willis caught up in legal trouble? Justin Smith? Frank Gore? Vernon Davis?
Foster got kicked out of the Combine and arrested twice in the first month of his first full NFL offseason. He'll impress the heck out of a lot of people if he can simply avoid further legal trouble.
