Hyde has very, very little trade value. Especially since he's a RB and since the Niners only have him under contract for 2 more years.
Staley has some. I'd be open to trading Staley. He might survive the rebuild, but it's not a guarantee. Lamp might be a good replacement at LT if they do trade Staley, but he's not the best run blocker IMO. However, he fits the ZBS pretty well.
