Obviously patrick willis comes to mind, but if you don't include him, who would it be? Other GOOD players come up..., gore, VD, J Smith, Aldon , maybe even crabtree...but when we are talking about REAL DIFFERENCE MAKERS...people who make teams change their whole scheme up...who was the last one?
As many as you would hate this, it has to be T.O.

Defense we had Willis, Justin and Aldon, even guys like Goldson were game changing type players.
Offense the obvious Frank and VD(pre 2014), one guy we really dropped the ball on resigning is Delanie. He was a star on ST as well as a mismatch nightmare on offense.

Colin Kaepernick was the last Difference Maker we had. There's no denying that, for a couple of years, he was a player that "made teams change their whole scheme up". Just because he's not good now, doesn't mean he wasn't good a couple of years ago.

We've had plenty of difference makers, it's just most of them were negative difference makers.
